COMPONENT 1+2+3 CONCENTRATE
5 x MORE CONCENTRATED FORMULA OF Ca, KH, Mg & TRACE ELEMENTS
PROVIDES IONIC BALANCE & BOOSTS Ph

The 1-liter concentrate = 5 liters of each solution.
Component Concentrate is a convenient solution for marine aquarists based on the Balling method, allowing easy preparation of three solutions (Component 1+, 2+, 3+), which provide essential micro- and macroelements for corals. The concentrated formula saves spaceand is easy to transport.

Preparation
Concentrate 1+
- Shake and pour Concentrate 1+ into a clean 5-liter canister.
- Refill the empty concentrate container with osmosis water, up to 1/3 of its volume. Close the cap and shake well.
- Pour this into the 5-liter canister.
- Ensure the container is free of any residue. If there is residue, repeat steps 2 and 3.
- Fill the 5-liter canister with osmosis water. Stir until you obtain a homogeneous solution.

Concentrate 3+
- Shake and pour Concentrate 3+ into a clean 5-liter canister.

Concentrate 2+
- Shake and pour Concentrate 2+ into a clean 5-liter canister.
- Refill the empty concentrate container with warm osmosis water (the ideal temperature is 40 °C) up to 1/3 of its volume. Close the cap and shake well.
- Pour this into the 5-liter canister.
- Ensure the container is free of any residue. If there is residue, repeat steps 2 and 3.
- Fill the 5-liter canister with warm osmosis water. Stir until all salt crystals are dissolved and a uniform solution is obtained.
- Let it cool completely for about 1 hour.

Dosing
We recommend dosing all liquids in equal amounts, adjusted and corrected based on coral consumption. It’s advisable to test essential water parameters: calcium, magnesium, and carbonate hardness (KH).
If consumption of a particular element is higher, we recommend dissolving an additional solution (Calcium, Magnesium, or KH Buffer) and dosing this solution separately until the parameters are balanced.
In a tank with a moderate amount of hard corals, the daily dose is approximately 25 ml per 100 liters of water.
Good to know:
This product is intended for aquarium use only and is not suitable for consumption. Keep out of reach of children. Due to the high concentration of the product, we recommend regular maintenance of the dispensing lines.
FAQ
What is Component Concentrate?
It is a high-quality concentrate used to prepare Component 1+, 2+, and 3+ solutions, applied according to the Balling method. These solutions help maintain the proper levels of calcium, magnesium, and KH in a marine aquarium.
How much ready-to-use solution can I make from one liter of concentrate?
From one 1L bottle of concentrate, you can make up to 5 liters of ready-to-use Component 1+, 2+, or 3+ solution
Do I need to dilute the product before dosing?
You don’t have to, but caution is advised – the product is 5 times more concentrated than the ready-to-use Component 1+, 2+, 3+ solutions. We recommend dilution to make dosing easier and safer.
How do I properly prepare the solution?
Each concentrate is prepared in a similar way: pour the concentrate into a container, rinse the bottle several times with reverse osmosis (RO) water, and top up to 5L. For Component 2+, it is important to use warm water (around 40°C) to prevent crystallization.
Can I mix Component 1+, 2+, and 3+ solutions in one container?
No. The solutions should be stored and dosed separately. Mixing them can cause precipitates and alter parameters. If you prefer using just one solution, use Component 3in1 instead.
What are the recommended daily dosages?
For an averagely stocked tank, the recommended dosage is:
25 ml per 100 liters of water per day – for each of the solutions.
Dosage should be adjusted individually based on parameter tests (Ca, Mg, KH).
How often should I test water parameters?
It is recommended to test calcium, magnesium, and KH weekly. When changing the dosage, tests can be performed more frequently (e.g., every 2–3 days).
What if one parameter is depleting faster than others?
In that case, it’s best to prepare a separate solution using Ca Plus, Mg Plus, or KH Plus to replenish only the specific element without disrupting the balance of the others.
How long can diluted solutions be stored?
Ready-to-use solutions can be stored for several weeks in a cool, dark place. Before use, it’s advisable to stir or gently shake them.
Do precipitates in the concentrate mean the product is spoiled?
No. Precipitates or crystallization are normal for high-concentration solutions. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
