Description

Aquaforest carbon – activated charcoal

High quality activated granular carbon. Immediately removes impurities from the water, coloring substances and causing water turbidity, thanks to which it significantly improves its clarity. At the same time, it removes medication residues and compounds accumulated in water.

 


Steam-activated carbon – effective water purification without phosphates

Unlike other, phosphorus acid activated media available on the market, Carbon is activated by steam, so it doesn’t contain any phosphate. The product effectively removes all harmful substances resulting from the “chemical war” between corals, therefore it is perfect for mixed-reef aquariums. It also perfectly fits the needs of ULNS aquariums, very heavily stocked with SPS corals.

 


Remove impurities and improve water clarity

Dosage: 100 ml per 100 l of aquarium water. The product can be used both in the fluidised filter and in the filter mesh. We recommend rinsing it with RODI water before using Carbon. The recommended water flow is 500 l/h. Carbon should be replaced every 4 weeks. Keep away from children. Product for aquarium use only. Not suitable for human consumption.
